The School of Infinite Resources is specifically for women.
We intend to add value and make a positive difference in the lives of those who take part in our projects. We do this with:
Soul Dance
Gentle movements to align the body into a more balanced feel and habit as well as re-introducing the body to stand, sit and move freely and gracefully. The classes are for all age groups irrelevant of any disabilities. Soul dance makes able that we never thought possible.
Recreate - arts and craft workshop
A joyful arena of play and experiment, where we can learn to appreciate what we have. In each session a new skill is taught. For example how to make rugs, bags, belts, mats out of carrier bags/paper and unwanted items - how to turn unwanted jewelery into magnificent loved pieces - How to make wonderful jewelery and gifts out of paper/newspaper. How to make useful beautiful items out of plastic bottles - how to turn two unwanted items of clothing into one loved wearable work of art....and much more

Needle Tatting Classes
Needle tatting is becoming a dying art these days. The rare few who attempt tatting, usually use shuttles. Needle tatting is an elegant and beautiful of the womanly arts, with which amazing pieces can be created whether to be used as jewelery or clothes or trimmings or...oh...the possibilities are endless.
Persian Dance classes
Persian Dance is not Belly dancing. Although it has similar elements of seduction.
Persian Dance is a delicate way of communication between the the dancer and life. It is gentle and expressive and helps one keep fit while releases much tension and anxiety.
Motivational talks and role play
Sessions to address personal issues with confidence, Cognitive and relationship baggage, self image and their place in society. These sessions are much fun as well as intense.
Stitch & Bitch or Tatt & Chat
Informal evenings to work on any craft/art project together while exchanging ideas, tips on beauty/housekeeping/social graces etc...as well as gossip :)
